THE VOCANTRA
ALL IS VIBRATION
The vocantra is an instrument I invented in 2018, that is an exclusive and unique art piece that often acts as a home-gym for your nervous system. It’s a technodelic sound sculpture, allowing you to hear, feel and see your voice via real-time feedback. I guide you through Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Chakra Alignment Practices through voice, and Classical Mantra singing. Using Tantra and Internal Family Systems Therapy, I promise you a once in a lifetime experience that has lasting effects on your body.
Move from blockages in your expression, throat Chakra, and disembodied truths, to a deeper encounter with the Self and inner frequency.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU ...
Feel blocked or numb in your vocal expression and power.
You feel disconnected from your embodied truth.
You want to clear your Chakras for alignment and frequential harmony.
You want to learn the ancient art of Mantra singing, and use it at home in your practice.
You want to experience something close to a psychedelic experience without the substances.
You are interested in sound healing, and want to experience something new.
10x ONE-ONE, 90 min in-person sessions in central Zürich.
