But with two decades of almost daily meditation, a deep classical non-dual tantric path, a background in design research, and biohacking, I began creating what I couldn’t find. I earned my 650-hour certification and developed my own style, blending IFS therapy, tantric wisdom, breathwork, and somatic experiencing to drive me through the darkness.

This all culminated in my creation of Pleasurehacking™ — a method that blends pleasure with meditation and shadow work to drive deep, sustainable transformation and embodied liberation.
