Born from a near-death experience and decades of deep inner work, my work through the VOCANTRA® was created to reclaim healing as something pleasurable, embodied, and real.
For too long, we’ve been severed from our cycles, our voices, and the wisdom of our bodies. But we are remembering. Through inner work, 1:1 guidance, workshops and sisterhood circles, we return — to trust, to voice, to power.
Blending IFS, tantric wisdom, breathwork, and somatic tools, my method offers busy change-makers a joyful path through shadow and into liberation — no cave, no long retreat, just potent practice that works.
